Court Case (First Hall, Civil Courts – Constitutional Jurisdiction)

Today the Malta Police Union filed a Court Case (First Hall, Civil Courts – Constitutional Jurisdiction) to obtain full Collective Bargaining and Action Rights as in the European Social Charter and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU. Dr. David Bonello LL.D is legal counsel.
