Executive Secretary
Johan joined the Malta Police Force as a Constable in June 1996. For these past 24 years he worked in the Anti Drug Squad, Police Districts Qormi and Hamrun, CCF, Economic Crime Unit and now at the Malta Police Union.
Promoted as a Police Sergeant in 2001.
In 2018 following a call from an Executive Secretary within the Malta Police Union, Sergeant Mifsud was chosen for this role and his duties are mainly running the day-to-day union requirements, receiving complaints from our members and being the link between members, executive committee and Police Force administration.
Johann joined the MPU to help others, by improving their work conditions.
