Marlon Hili joined the Malta Police Force on 22nd February 2007 and was promoted to Police Sergeant in 2013.
During these years he always served as a district officer serving in the Zurrieq District and at present at Valletta District, since April 2019 he was assigned to assist in the Detail and Logistics OffIce also in Valletta District.
Following the resignation of the MPU as a fully-fledged trade union in 2015, he was appointed as a shop‘s steward before he was elected for the first time in the Executive Committee and was appointed as General Secretary.
His aim is to work hard for better conditions for the police force members.
